Granite Construction publishes a number of annual ads for external recruiting and local sponsorships for events. Over the past four years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with our recruiting teams and business development teams across the company to design digital and print ads for multiple publications.
Internal Marketing
My day-to-day work for Granite involves close collaboration with various internal departments. I partner with teams to design promotional flyers for employee benefit programs, update presentation decks, and manage the comms plan for the annual open enrollment campaign for all employees. I also support the talent acquisition team by creating trifolds and other marketing materials for recruiting events. Much of my work focuses on developing internal marketing collateral aimed at employee engagement and retention.
